Using this site
The content on this site is provided for general information about business financing programs. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and it does not create a lending relationship.
Funding requests
Submitting a funding request is a request for review. It is not an application for a specific credit product and it is not an offer of credit. Any offer comes from a lender, in writing, with its own terms.
Consent
Submitting a form creates a consent record, described on our Privacy page, that we retain for 5 years and may use to demonstrate consent.
Accuracy of information
You agree that the business and contact information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named.
No guarantee of approval
Approval, amount, term, and pricing are determined by the lender reviewing your file. Nothing on this site guarantees approval or any particular terms.
Content and marks
The content, layout, and marks on this site belong to Foody Finance. Do not reproduce substantial portions without permission.
Analytics and measurement
This site measures usage with Google Analytics 4, which loads only after you accept the analytics category, and reports search performance through Google Search Console, which loads nothing in your browser. The privacy policy covers what is collected and the cookie policy lists every cookie, its purpose, and its lifespan.
Changes
These terms can be updated as the business and its programs change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
