Do not sell or share my personal information

Tell us to stop transferring your information to funding partners, and we stop.

In most states we share what you give us with funding partners so they can evaluate your request, and those partners compensate us when a referred account activates. In California and Missouri we transfer your inquiry to independent funding partners for a fixed fee, whether or not you are funded. Both are a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state laws, and you can opt out using the Do Not Sell or Share link in the footer. We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

How to send the request

There are 2 designated methods: the form on this page, and our toll-free number (833) 505-1900. You can also email contact@foodyfinance.com. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written permission we can verify.

How long it takes

We honor an opt out of sale or sharing within 15 business days, and we complete an access, correction, or deletion request within 45 days, with one 45 day extension when a request is complex and we tell you why.

An opt out on file blocks any further transfer of your request to a funding partner. It does not recall information a partner already holds, and it does not stop us from keeping the records we are required to keep.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. When your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt out of sale and sharing and analytics stays off on that device, with no action from you.

Requests are free, and making one never changes the options you are shown. We use the details below only to find your record and confirm it is yours.
